Your presence made this year’s celebration an unforgettable experience filled with laughter, culture, and unity. From the sound of Junkanoo to the taste of Bahamian cuisine, it was a joy to see our community come together to honor our heritage in such a meaningful way.

Our mission statement is to preserve, celebrate and promote Bahamian cultural and heritage through education, resources and community engagement. We will strive to create a welcoming space where diverse voices are heard. Traditions are honored and new cultural narratives can be formed. Furthermore, we will create a hub for Bahamians in Indiana and the Midwest to get together consistently to network and build connections across communities.
